Arrival Day – Settle In & Ground
From 1:00 PM – Arrival & Set-Up
Welcome to Hampsley Hollow! Arrive from 1 pm, set up your tent or settle into your cozy bell tent, and take time to explore the site, breathe in the fresh countryside air, and ease into the peaceful atmosphere.
3:00 PM – Welcome Circle
We’ll gather as a group to introduce ourselves, meet your hosts Krystal and Hannah, and create a space of connection and intention for the weekend ahead.
Grounding Meditation Circle
Together, we’ll move into a gentle grounding meditation to help you arrive fully, calm the nervous system, and open your heart to the experience.
Yoga Session
Flow into a mindful yoga practice suitable for all levels, designed to release tension and welcome relaxation after your journey.
Tea, Cakes & Fruit
After yoga, enjoy a selection of herbal teas, freshly homemade cakes, and a seasonal fruit platter — the perfect way to gently nourish your body and soul.
Free Time
Take some time for yourself — explore the woods, journal, rest in your tent, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Around 7:00 PM – Dinner
Gather together for a delicious and wholesome evening meal, lovingly prepared to nourish and satisfy.
After Dinner – Fireside Connection
As the sun sets, we’ll light the fire and invite you to relax, chat, share stories, and connect under the stars. A gentle, grounding end to your first evening at Hampsley Hollow.
Saturday – Connect, Create & Restore
8:00 AM – Wake Up & Light Refreshments
Start your day gently with fresh smoothies and a selection of seasonal fruits, enjoyed outdoors in the fresh morning air.
8:45 AM – Morning Yoga Session
Join us for an uplifting yoga practice to awaken the body and clear the mind, surrounded by birdsong and the stillness of nature.
9:30 AM – Nourishing Breakfast
Enjoy a hearty and wholesome breakfast including:
Free-range eggs
Cereals & granola
Fresh fruit & nuts
Locally baked fresh bread
11:00 AM – Countryside Walk & Meditation
We’ll head out for a guided walk through the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. Partway, we’ll pause for a meditation circle in nature, allowing you to ground, breathe, and connect deeply with the land.
12:30 PM – Lunch Back at Camp
Return to camp for a fresh, nourishing lunch to refuel and refresh.
1:30 PM – Creative Crafting
Drop into our relaxed crafting session. Create flower crowns, wild wreaths, or other nature-inspired keepsakes. All materials provided — no experience needed.
4:00 PM – Afternoon Tea & Cakes
Take a break with a warm drink and a sweet treat:
Herbal teas & coffee
Homemade cakes
5:00 PM – Sound Bath with Hannah
Settle into the bell tent for a deeply restorative sound bath, where Hannah will guide you through healing vibrations using her crystal bowls and chimes. A time to relax, reset, and float inward.
7:00 PM – Evening Dinner
Share a lovingly prepared dinner with the group — a chance to unwind, connect, and nourish yourself after a full day.
9:00 PM – Cacao Ceremony & Campfire
Gather around the fire under the stars for a heart-opening cacao ceremony. Sip the warm ceremonial cacao, share stories, and soak in the stillness and magic of the evening.
Sunday – Reflect & Renew
Morning Refreshments
Wake gently with fresh smoothies and a selection of seasonal fruits to nourish your body and start the day refreshed.
9:15 AM – Yoga with Hannah
Join Hannah for a calming and restorative yoga session designed to ground you and prepare you for the day ahead.
10:30 AM – Brunch
Enjoy a generous brunch featuring everything from fresh fruits and cereals to a cooked breakfast — including free-range eggs, fresh bread, and more — to satisfy and energize you.
12:00 PM – Closing Circle & Farewells
Gather together one last time for a heartfelt closing circle. Reflect on your weekend journey, share memories, and say goodbye to new friends as you prepare to depart feeling renewed and inspired.
